Since founding IMA in 1990, Dr. Pulver has overseen the growth of the company from a single office in White Plains, NY to a national network across the country. Dr. Pulver is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Addiction Medicine and has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at New York Medical College. He received his M.D. degree from New York Medical College in 1975.
Dr. Weinberger oversees the strategic direction, expansion, and day-to-day operations of the Company. A trained and licensed clinical psychologist and epidemiologist, Dr. Weinberger runs the company from a clinical perspective focused on quality. Under his leadership, IMA has experienced significant expansion in geographic footprint and service offering, both organically and through acquisitions.
Dr. Weinberger earned his bachelor’s degree from Boston University, MS and PhD degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his MPH in epidemiology from New York Medical College. Dr. Weinberger has completed several advanced graduate certificates in finance, management, and mergers and acquisitions from the Harvard Business School Online, Harvard’s Extension School and The London School of Economics and Political Science. He serves as Clinical Instructor of Psychology in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College.
With extensive experience as a CFO of private equity backed healthcare and healthcare service businesses, Victor has broad management, corporate development and financial expertise. Prior to his work as a CFO, Victor was a private equity investor with Vestar Capital and Capital Z. Earlier in his career, he helped oversee mergers and acquisitions at Assurant and worked at JP Morgan. Victor earned a B.S. from Lehigh University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Joining IMA in 2019, he currently manages all financial operations.
Lisa joined IMA in 2019 and comes to IMA with over 25 years of experience in human resources and extensive experience in compliance, employment law and mergers and acquisitions. In her HR role, Lisa oversees employee benefits, payroll, employee relations and talent acquisition for all IMA affiliates. Lisa attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and Seattle University School of Law. As Chief Compliance Officer, Lisa is responsible for the IMA Corporate Compliance program.
Michael joined IMA in 2021, bringing with him nearly 20 years of experience in strategic IT leadership and management. Prior to IMA, Michael was a consultant with SMC Partners, a healthcare systems consulting company and was responsible for IT at two private equity backed healthcare businesses. Earlier in his career, he was a systems engineer responsible for software development for healthcare related technology platforms. Michael currently manages all IT operations and strategy. Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York.
Michael joined IMA in 2010. Michael has over 20 years of software and system development experience. Michael has experience mentoring and building software departments for several industries, including Healthcare, Automotive, Environmental, Networking, Pharmaceutical and Financial. He received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1985 from SUNY Oneonta and completed a one-year degree in computer science at Hofstra University. His responsibilities include overseeing IMA’s entire IT proprietary platform and initiatives.
Matt High

Matt joined The IMA Group in 2024 as its Executive Vice President of Evaluations Services. Matt will oversee our national Government and Payer divisions where we provide general medical and behavioral health evaluations for federal, state and local agencies as well as carriers, TPAs, public entities and employers. Matt is responsible for strategic planning, service performance and the overall service delivery to The IMA Group’s clients.
Before joining The IMA Group, Matt was SVP of Operations for One Call, a healthcare network management company and a recognized leader in the workers’ compensation industry. He was responsible for service delivery transformation strategy, customer experience, and overall service delivery for multiple product lines with a focus on delivering results for all stakeholders. Matt also has held several Executive roles within the Aetna/Coventry Workers’ Compensation organization.
Matt has an MBA, Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix, and a BS in Secondary Education and Political Science from Pennwest. He holds certifications in Data Analytics from Cornell’s Executive Program, Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and is a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist. Matt holds memberships in the American Society for Quality [ASQ], Project Management Institute [PMI], Health Care Executives and Leadership Jacksonville. He is a talented public speaker and serves as an Advisor for various Workers’ Compensation Workgroups.
Bringing over 30 years of clinical research experience with CROs and service providers, Dana joined IMA in 2023 as Executive Vice President of Clinical Research. Having held multiple leadership roles in operations, project management and strategic partnering at ICON and Teckro, Dana’s broad therapeutic experience, operational delivery expertise and success at building organizations will further strengthen IMA.
Elijah assumed the role of Vice President of Payer Services at The IMA Group in 2024. In this position, he takes strategic responsibility for innovating and continuously improving end-to-end operations, employee engagement, and customer experiences within the Payer division. With decades of experience in executive roles within healthcare and insurance services, Elijah brings a wealth of knowledge to his position. Prior to joining The IMA Group, he served as the COO of ImpactHealth, a multi-state medical practice. Throughout his career, Elijah has held senior executive positions leading products and divisions at Coventry, myMatrixx, and Concentra. An active member of his community, Elijah volunteers on several non-profit boards. He holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Economics from Boston University.
Sara Mulick

Sara joined the IMA Group in 2023 as its Senior Vice President of Sales. Sara spearheads the expansion of the company’s Evaluation Services division which provides workers’ compensation, liability, and disability IME’s, case management services, fitness for duty/pre-employment evaluations, medical/psychological/ancillary exams, and various occupational health services.
Before joining The IMA Group, Sara was SVP of Sales for One Call, one the nation’s largest care coordinators of ancillary services for the workers’ compensation industry. Mulick is also active in leading industry associations and has served as the president and Board Member of the Association of Insurance Professionals for nearly 10 years.
Erica joined the IMA Group in 2021 as its General Counsel with extensive experience working in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining IMA, she worked for a number of healthcare organizations including the American Diabetes Association, Children’s National Hospital and Baxter Healthcare. In her role, Erica oversees the IMA Group’s legal affairs. Erica earned a B.A. from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law.
With over twenty-five years of experience in clinical research and healthcare services, Deb joined IMA in 2021. Her career began in establishing new business infrastructure and sales growth of a site management organization and patient recruitment company. Prior to joining IMA, Deb held numerous executive level positions with ICON Clinical Research and Optum/Quality Metric. This experience provides a broad view across all research stakeholders. Deb brings extensive experience in developing strategic relationships and complex solutions, as well as in sales leadership and marketing.
Vince Bianco is a revenue-focused CEO and Senior Interim Executive for The IMA Group. He has served as CEO, President, COO, Board Member and Investor as well as the Founder of various companies throughout his career. Vince currently serves as a Director for The IMA Group and Toney Healthcare Consulting, both Centre Partners’ portfolio companies. Previously, he was the CEO and Board Member of Advanced Medical Reviews (AMR), an independent medical review and utilization management firm.
Kenneth R. Theobalds

Kenneth Theobalds is an accomplished Board Director, Management Consultant, and External Affairs Executive, recognized in the insurance and medical management field with Lifetime Achievement awards from the NY Claim Association and Westchester County Association. His work to promote fairness and equity in financial services gained him special recognition from the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP). Ken has served as a congressional staffer and senior advisor to New York Governor Mario M. Cuomo. He has also worked in the energy sector, building strategic alliances and partnerships to promote clean energy and support utility-holding company assets. Currently, he chairs the New York State Insurance Fund and serves on the Boards of the Business Council of Westchester and New York Medical College. Ken holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and has completed the Energy Executive Program, the Center for Creative Leadership’s Advanced Leadership Program and Wharton Executive Education’s Corporate Governance program.
Mario L. Rocci Jr., Ph.D., FCP, FFIP, is a scientist and executive with over forty years of pharmaceutical services leadership experience, serving as an Executive Advisor to IMA Clinical Research and Executive Chairman of Solvias AG. Mario’s previous executive roles include President of ICON Development Solutions, CEO of Prevalere Life Sciences, Inc. and Head of the Laboratory of Investigative Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University. He was President of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics. He has extensive advisory and board-level experience in pharmaceutical services and is an external advisory board member at the University of Kentucky. He has authored over 140 clinical research and therapeutics publications and has a book to his credit.
